Introduction & About Me.

Hello and welcome! I’m Cindy Collins, and I’m so excited you stopped by my little corner of the internet. Here on my blog, I’ll be sharing my writing, poetry, life updates, and a whole lot more. I’m passionate about writing, and I can’t wait to connect with you through my words.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I’m a published poet and author, with several books under my belt, each one a piece of my heart and mind. Writing has always been a way for me to express myself, and I’m thrilled to share that journey with you.

I also live with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and paranoid schizophrenia, both of which I advocate for with a great deal of passion. Raising awareness and understanding about mental health and neurodiversity is something I hold dear, and I hope to make a difference in how people view these conditions.

When I’m not writing, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book. I’m an avid reader with an ever-growing list of new titles to dive into. If you have any book recommendations, I’d love to hear them!

I’m also proud to be plant-based. My love for animals, especially farm animals, runs deep, and one of my dreams is to someday have a little farm of my own. It’s all part of my journey to live a compassionate and mindful life.

Outside of writing and reading, I’m a huge fan of video games, particularly adventure and open-world genres. I’m even working on my own video game with my best friend! We’re developing it together, and it’s been an exciting creative challenge. Our goal is to have it ready for release in the next year or two, so stay tuned!

By day, I work at a bakery, which is really fun. There’s something incredibly satisfying about baking cookies and pastries all day.

I have a ton of projects in the works right now, from poetry collections to non-fiction books, and even a few top-secret endeavours that I’m planning to release in late 2025. It’s an exciting time, and I can’t wait to share more with you as everything unfolds.
